Shipping and Delivery:
- Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we only offer shipping services within India.
- Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?
- No! as a gesture for your trust in us, we offer free shipping on any cart value. 😊
- Can I track my order in real-time?
- Yes, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery. You can track it from “Track Your Order” section on our website.
- How long does it take to dispatch an order?
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of placement.
- What if I need to modify my delivery address?
- Please email us at siereindia@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing the order for any address modifications.
- How are orders processed during sale periods?
- Shipping during sale periods may be delayed by 3 to 5 days.
Cancellation:
- How can I cancel or modify my order?
- Please email siereindia@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing the order for cancellations or modifications. Please note that the order cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Are there any cancellation fees?
- Cancellations made before dispatch are free, but once shipped, shipping and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Can I cancel due to delays in delivery?
- No cancellations can be made due to delays in receiving orders as there may be any occasional unforeseen delays from the courier partners.
Exchange:
- What is the process for exchanging an item?
- Email siereindia@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of order delivery to initiate an exchange.
- How long does the exchange process take?
- After quality inspection, we dispatch the new item within 1-2 working days.
- What if the requested product is not available for exchange?
- We will inform you and issue a complete refund if the requested product is not available.
Return and Refund:
- How do I initiate a return?
- Raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the shipment by emailing siereindia@gmail.com.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged/incorrect order?
- Contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID and an image/video of the defect/item.
- What items are eligible for return/exchange?
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original packaging, bill, and tags.
- What if the product has minor variations in print or color?
- Slight difference in shade could be due to lights and camera. It may also be influenced by the settings of your device.

- Refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.
- Can I return or exchange a product based on personal dislikes?
- No, we do not accept returns/exchanges based on dislike, design, colors, or prints.
- Is an unboxing video required for all return/exchange claims?
- Yes, please make an unboxing video to claim return/exchange benefits.
- What if the courier package is in bad condition or tampered with?
- Do not accept the package, email us at siereindia@gmail.com with your Order Number for a replacement package.
