Return and Refund Policy:

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with damage related returns.

Please make an unboxing video of the package to claim the exchange/return benefits.

Raise your return request within 3 days of receiving the shipment by mailing us at siereindia@gmail.com

 If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at siereindia@gmail.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.

The item(s) requested for return should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its original packaging, original bill and tags.

Product delivered in good condition is not acceptable for returns; we do not accept returns/exchanges on the basis of dislike, design, colours and prints. Small misprints, patches and small dye stains and colour variations from website images are not considered as damaged product.

If the returned product passes our quality check and meets our return criteria, we initiate the refund process promptly. The entire amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

 

Cancellation and Exchange:

Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately, you have to cancel/modify an order, please do so within 24 hours after placing an order, by mailing us all the details at siereindia@gmail.com

If you cancel your order before your package has been handed over to the courier service providers, we shall refund you the entire amount. Reverse shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped and will be deducted from the refund amount.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.

Exchange Policy:

A Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by mailing us on siereindia@gmail.com with your order ID and an image/video of the defect item with other necessary information.

Exchange eligibility: The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its original packaging, original bill and tags.

Exchange terms and criteria: Please note the following points while requesting an exchange for your order.

In case the courier package received by you is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please do not accept the package. Mail us at siereindia@gmail.com mentioning your Order Number. The replacement package will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Once delivered, our clothing items are non-exchangeable unless in rare cases where the item is defective.

Since our products are handmade, minor variations in print or colour are a part of the human process and are not considered a defect. Products with major visible areas of faded colour or torn products are deemed defective and are eligible for exchange.

We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.

 

Exchange Process:

If your exchange request meets the above-mentioned terms and criteria, here’s the step-by-step exchange process we undertake to ensure hassle-free support.

 

You can raise the exchange query with us via mail at siereindia@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of order delivery.

Our Logistic partner will pick-up the Product/s within 3 days of receiving the request and shall make two attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the second attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you have to ship them back on your own, and share the AWB number with our team.

Please ensure that the products are in unused condition with their original packaging and tags. You are welcome to try product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) item to you within 3-5 working days.

There may be certain cases when the requested product may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a complete refund.
